Project Management was one of SRC’s original specialisations when it was formed in 2003, and we have continued our strong Project Management focus ever since.

SRC Project Managers have led projects in the London Underground environment as diverse as LU Connect, Station Modernisation projects, Signalling Equipment Room (SER) and Station Operations Room (SOR) construction works, signalling installation and power integrity assessments.
